**PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING PRIOR TO REQUESTING A GOLF CART PERMIT**

​​Review KRS 189.286 – For mandatory installed equipment, insurance and operational requirements.

ORDINANCE

​Review City Ordinance No. 13 – For additional operational requirements, streets, roadways and intersections approved for golf cart operationwithin the City of LaGrange.

3.

INSPECTIONS

Obtain vehicle inspection from the Oldham County Sheriff’s Department.

​**As a reminder - Once permitted, golf carts can only be operated on approved streets and roadways listed in the ordinance. 
​Operation of golf carts on roadways with a speed limit above 35 mph is prohibited by state law.
